Kay Parker
Kay Parker is Heidi’s mom, and the two have always maintained a very close relationship. A part of this relationship is Heidi’s sharing of any exciting happenings in her life. Love is one such exciting happening, and so she shared the news with her mom at the earliest convenience. Her mom heard just about everything about Ed. While Kay is a supportive mother, she’s also a caring one. Therefore, she always evaluates any danger that her daughter’s passion could bring. This meant that she had to ensure that Ed was a suitable partner for Heidi. Heidi tended to get attached to people quickly, which meant that she was very susceptible to being hurt by the wrong person. While Kay knew this, she was not the type to stand in the way of her daughter’s happiness for seemingly no reason.
